Rhonda J. Anderson

RDA,Office Manager

Office Manager/ RDA

Rhonda has been in dental assisting since 1979. She has been with Dr. Jay since 1998.  She became our office manager as of February 2022. She received her Associates in Applied Arts in 2009. Rhonda enjoys keeping up with the latest dental continuing education. She also loves to travel, karaoke, and participating in local community theater. She has two grandsons that keep her very busy.

Renee Stampley

Registered Dental Assistant

Renee joined our practice in  2017. With 23 years in the dental field,  she is ​ working as Dr  Herrington's assistant. Her years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant  lends knowledge  to assist in many areas as an office.  Her "off" time consists of leading group fitness classes at  the YMCA and  enjoys life  as a "Cha Cha" to her grandson Lamar and spending time with family and friends.

Mayra Ortiz

Sterilization Technician

Mayra has been with the office since 2017 as out Sterilizaton tech but she is much more.she hlps with patient care as well. She enjoys spending time with her family. Mayra currently attending Tyler Junior College for her degree in Computer science.

Katy Weatherford

Registered Dental Hygienist

Katy started working as a dental assistant in our office in 2010. She graduated from Tyler Junior College with her Dental Hygiene degree and went on to receive her Bachelors' through Texas Women's University. She has been working as a hygienist in our office for over four years now. She enjoys sharing and inspiring patients to improve their oral health. She strives to make their dental visit a comforting experience. In her spare time Katy loves spending time with her family. Katy and her husband Kyle have a sweet baby girl named Kenly. She also enjoys being outdoors and is a avid hunter.

Staci Wolf

Registered Dental Hygienist

Staci graduated from Tyler Junior College in 2008 with an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene and her Bachelors' through Texas Women's University in 2016.  She has been with our office since 2005, starting out as a Registered Dental Assistant and then returning  to school to get her Hygiene license. Staci enjoys developing relationships with each and every patient and helping them achieve a healthy smile. Staci and her husband,  Adam live in Elkhart. When not cleaning teeth, she enjoys barrel racing, her many pets, going out to eat, and spending time with her family and friends.

Brenda Garcia

Front Desk

Brenda is our Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator and patient liaison. She has been with the office since 2022. Brenda is Bilingual and dedicated to helping others and is always willing to assist with translations to accommodate patients and ensure clear communication.    Outside of work she enjoys spending time traveling with her daughter Nadia and fiancé Luis.

Janet Sanchez

Hygiene Coordinator/ RDA

Janet has been with our office since 2020 as a Registered Dental Assistant. Janet has many talents and helps in all areas of the office.  She has been promoted to Hygiene Coordinator and does a great job of scheduling new patient appointments and recare appointments.  Janet is Bilingual and is always willing to assist with translations to accommodate patients.  Janet loves spending time with her son Adan and husband Daniel, creating cherished memories and enjoying family adventures together.

Madison Hall

Registered Dental Assistant

.Madison is currently in Big Spring Texas attending Hygiene school. She fills in during her breaks from school and assists wherever she is needed. We look forward to her graduating in 2025 and cannot wait to have her excel in her career at our office. 

Irene Roman

Front Desk/ Insurance

Irene has been with our office since 2023. She is our one and only Insurance Coordinator helping to ensure we have your insurance information up to date and verified. Irene is Bilingual and dedicated to helping others and is always willing to assist with translations to accommodate patients and ensure clear communication.

Irene has 2 children Jaziel and Aidee alongside her partner Tony she enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

Lynsie Ware

RDA/ Hygiene Assistant

Lynsie has been with our office since 2023 and is the  Hygiene Assistant. She enjoys spending time with her son and fiancé.

Jessie Fairbanks

Registered Dental Assistant

Jessie joined our team in March 2024.  Jessie has 12  years of experience as a dental assistant.  She loves her dogs and spends time with her God children and traveling. Jessie is very personable and bubbly. She enjoys getting to know her patietns and making sure they are comfortable.

Celeste Lara

Registered Dental Assistant

Celeste has been with our office since 2024 and is a Registered Dental Assistant. She is currently working as Dr. Hernandez assistant and is a great asset to our patients as she is bilingual ensuring effective communication and understanding for all.  On her free time, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé Julio and spending time with friends and family!
